The Management Group is represented by elected City Council and County Board members or designees from the six Partnership agencies (Ceres, Hughson, Modesto, Turlock, Waterford and Stanislaus County) which, have signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Each agency has one primary and one alternate representative and each agency has one vote.

The Management Group initiated the formation of the East Stanislaus IRWM Region and facilitated the financial resources to conduct development of an IRWM Plan. This Group provides oversight to the Steering and Public Advisory Committees and facilitates communication, cooperation, and education between the member agencies.

The Management Group meets as needed and meetings are open to the public.

Additional Partnership members may join the Management Group with approval of the existing Partnership members and signing the MOU. Please contact the IRWM Project Manager for more information.
